Since 1994, Taste of Nature has provided nutritious and tasty snack options. Every one of their bars are non-GMO verified, organic, certified gluten free, and made with 100% real ingredients.

The Challenge

Taste of Nature was rebranding and needed a vehicle that would expand their growing demand in the US market. Their customers wanted to buy healthy snack bars online while learning more about the nutritional value. The site also needed to be AODA compliant for anyone with disabilities.

The Solution

9thCO leveraged its expertise to create an eCommerce tool for the Taste of Nature. 9thCO’s UX design elevated Taste of Nature's online presence to match their brand's well-respected personality: clean and comfortably natural, yet fun. To keep the site personal and ensure continuity, all photos were art directed by 9thCO using the Client's own photographer. Their new eCommerce system integrated with Amazon and was developed and tailored for each of the Canadian English, French and US markets. Geo-IP detection, a review system and a retail locator rounded out the solution to provide an even better user experience and elevate Taste of Nature’s online profile.

When compared to industry benchmarks, the site has:

  • A 27% lower bounce rate.
  • A 189% longer average session duration.
  • 88% more page views per session.
